Host HD video meetings from the same platform as your phones — the same HD video meetings and conferencing that comes with every UCaaS seat, with no separate meeting vendor or login. Rooms and settings live under Meetings.
Rooms & joining
- Create and list rooms; each has a display name and a max-participants limit
- A pre-join lobby lets you preview your camera, pick your microphone and camera, and set your initial mute state before connecting
Shareable links & invites
- Every room has a shareable join link
- Email the invite from the app and watch activity — who it went to, who opened it, and who joined
- Toggle Allow guests per link (join without an account)
- Links are revocable and can be set to expire
Guest join policy
Choose how link/web guests get in:
| Policy | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Anyone | Guests join immediately |
| Ask to join | Guests wait; the host admits or denies each one |
| Require PIN | Guests enter the meeting PIN |
In-meeting controls
- Password protection
- Host + co-host roles — the host can promote a co-host (even an invited outside guest)
- Moderation: mute all, mute an individual, turn cameras off, or remove a participant
- Raise hand
- In-meeting chat with a visibility setting (everyone, or host/co-host only) and attachments — images shown inline, documents as a download chip, up to 10 MB per file
- Screen sharing, with a policy of everyone or hosts/co-hosts only
- Recording (host-only); a live REC badge shows to all participants for awareness and consent
Stage layouts
- Grid — up to 30 tiles per page on desktop (up to 9 on mobile)
- Speaker view — one large speaker with a scrollable filmstrip; click a tile to pin it
- Active-speaker — the current speaker's tile stands out
- Your layout choice is remembered per device
Phone dial-in
Participants without video can join by phone:
- A shared dial-in number — callers enter a Meeting ID and, when required, a PIN
- Phone participants appear in the meeting as a phone-icon card ("Joined by phone") with their number
- Each room's detail screen shows the copyable dial-in number and Meeting ID / PIN
Warning
Recording a meeting may require participant consent depending on where attendees are. The visible REC badge helps, but confirm you meet the notification rules that apply to your meetings.
