intSignal Service & Dispatch

Run field operations end-to-end — from a device alert to a closed, invoiced job.

One platform for service providers in telecom, utilities, and IoT: monitor equipment through an on-site edge gateway, turn threshold breaches into prioritized tickets, dispatch the nearest qualified technician, track every SLA, capture the on-site work, and invoice it — all in one system instead of stitching five tools together.

Dispatch

Get the right tech to the right site — fast

See every site, unit, and job on one board. The platform ranks the nearest qualified technician by skill, location, and availability, rejects double-bookings, and verifies arrival with a geofenced check-in — while the technician logs parts, labor, and a sign-off from the mobile app.

One system, not five

Monitoring, tickets, dispatch, and billing — connected

A threshold breach becomes a ticket, the ticket dispatches a work order, the SLA is tracked the whole way, and a completed job turns into an invoice — with no re-keying between disconnected tools.

Watch every asset and network — raise tickets automatically

An on-site edge gateway pulls live telemetry from your PLCs, RTUs, meters, and IoT devices. When a reading crosses a threshold, an alert opens a prioritized ticket without anyone re-keying it.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Service & Dispatch for?

Service providers who run field operations — telecom and ISPs, utilities and grid operators, managed-service firms, and IoT fleet operators. Anyone dispatching technicians to sites who needs monitoring, ticketing, SLAs, and billing in one place.

How is this different from using separate tools?

Most providers stitch together a monitoring tool, a ticketing system, a dispatch app, and a billing tool. Here they're one system: an alert becomes a ticket, the ticket dispatches a work order, the SLA is tracked, and the completed job is invoiced — with no re-keying between disconnected products.

Can alerts create tickets and dispatch automatically?

Yes. An on-site edge gateway monitors your equipment; when a reading crosses a threshold, it auto-creates a prioritized ticket that can route to the nearest qualified technician and start the SLA clock.

Does it connect to my field equipment?

Yes. The edge gateway speaks the common industrial protocols — Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, BACnet, SNMP, and MQTT — to PLCs, RTUs, meters, and IoT sensors, pulling telemetry for monitoring and safely pushing configuration under write-safety controls you operate.

Is there a mobile app for technicians?

Yes. Technicians see their assigned jobs, check in with a geofenced GPS check-in, and log parts, labor, checklists, and an on-site signature from the field.
