Managed NOC

Your network operations center — run by whom you choose.

24/7 monitoring, incident management, maintenance, and patching for your network and infrastructure — across every vendor. You choose who runs it: intSignal's NOC, your own team (co-managed), or your existing vendor — same platform, same runbooks, your choice of operator.

Incident management

Detect, ticket, remediate, verify

When something breaks, the NOC opens a ticket, works the ITIL workflow, and drives it to resolution — engaging carriers and vendors when needed, and integrating with your PSA so nothing falls through the cracks.

Maintenance & patching

Change control, done right

Firmware and security patches, configuration backups, and drift detection — executed in approved maintenance windows with rollback plans, so updates improve reliability instead of causing outages.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a NOC and a SOC?

A NOC (network operations center) keeps your network and infrastructure available and performing — monitoring, incidents, maintenance, and uptime. A SOC (security operations center) keeps you secure — detection, investigation, and response to threats. intSignal offers both, and both let you choose who operates them.

Can we keep our own team or vendor?

Yes. intSignal can fully manage your NOC, co-manage it alongside your team (you run business hours, we cover after-hours and overflow), or provide the platform for your existing vendor to operate. The monitoring and runbooks are the same either way.

Which vendors and devices do you monitor?

Cross-vendor by design — UniFi, Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, Aruba, Juniper, and more, plus servers and cloud. For gear without a central controller, we integrate directly over SSH, API, NETCONF, and SNMP.

Do you handle maintenance and patching?

Yes. Firmware and security patching, configuration backups, and drift detection are executed in approved maintenance windows with rollback plans and change control — so updates improve reliability instead of causing outages.

How do you report on uptime and SLAs?

Transparent monthly reporting covers uptime per site, response and resolution against SLA targets, patch compliance, incidents, and capacity — so you always know where you stand, plus recurring reviews to raise reliability over time.
