What’s the difference between an eSIM and a physical SIM here?

Both connect the same business line to a phone. An eSIM is provisioned digitally — no card to ship or insert — while a physical SIM is a standard card you drop into any unlocked smartphone. You can use whichever fits each device; the calling and texting experience is the same.

Do employees need to install an app?

No. The service works with the phone’s native dialer and messaging, so there’s nothing to install or train on. Staff can still use the intSignal softphone app on top if they want desktop and multi-device features.

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. Existing numbers can be ported and then managed alongside the rest of your intSignal service. Number inventory and porting are handled during onboarding.

Does it work internationally?

Yes — the service includes international roaming so the business line stays reachable while traveling. Where a country isn’t in the coverage area, users can continue over Wi-Fi calling or a local data SIM.
