About intSignal

Enterprise technology operations and cybersecurity — put to work where uptime, consistency, and security matter.

What intSignal does

intSignal is a technology operations and cybersecurity company supporting enterprise environments nationwide, with the ability to support globally distributed operations.

Since 2016, we have worked with enterprise and multi-location organizations where uptime, consistency, and security are critical. Our role is not advisory alone — we operate, manage, and secure the environments businesses depend on daily.

Our journey

From a software and engineering shop to a national managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure provider — and where we’re headed next. Select any milestone to expand it.

  1. intSignal started as a software development and engineering firm.

  2. Secured a major investor and grew into a full managed service provider (MSP) and software development agency.

  3. Expanded our services to include telecommunications and cybersecurity.

  4. When COVID hit, we distributed our footprint — opening small offices as regional hubs and moving employees without access to sensitive data to remote work. It cut substantial cost, raised efficiency, and let us prove our remote-work and security-first technology firsthand. We also partnered with small MSPs in other states.

  5. Launched Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).

  6. Added security suite products, session border controllers (SBC), cloud firewall, Hardware as a Service (HaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and additional managed services.

  7. Opened a Texas location and hired team members across additional states.

  8. Launched our distributed cloud service.

  9. Began researching a non-conventional datacenter architecture.

  10. Advanced and unified our SIEM and security suite into a single platform.

  11. Built a vendor-neutral network management and unification platform.

  12. Partnered with major providers nationwide.

  13. Launched a telecom tax engine and navigation platform for legal professionals, plus dispatch, tracking, and case-management software for security professionals and law enforcement.

  14. Expanded our content delivery network (CDN).

  15. Releasing wireless telecom service — partnering with major providers and leasing infrastructure to deliver a true UCaaS, with eSIM and physical SIM cards for mobile built in for ease of use.

  16. Advancing and expanding our cybersecurity systems and cyber-intelligence capabilities.

  17. Opening our distributed, non-conventional datacenters as a pilot program — one in California and one in Texas.

  18. Extending ultra-fast, high-speed internet to businesses and enterprises across Southern California — with enterprise-grade integrity, security, and routing to the edge of the enterprise environment.

How we operate

intSignal runs on a senior-led execution model. We don’t rely on large tiers of entry-level support — the work is handled by experienced engineers who understand infrastructure, security, and real enterprise environments.

This allows us to

  • Move faster with fewer escalations
  • Maintain consistency across locations and systems
  • Reduce operational friction between IT and security teams

Integration without unnecessary change

We integrate into existing environments, tools, and workflows rather than forcing unnecessary change. Where improvement is needed, we implement it in controlled, structured phases — with scope, approvals, and rollback thinking documented.

Who we support

We work with organizations that need reliable, accountable IT operations across multiple locations or distributed teams — with IT execution aligned to security requirements and clear reporting.

Reliable operations

Defined SLAs, ownership, and runbooks — not ambiguous “best effort” when systems are under load.

Scale & distribution

Standards that hold across sites, time zones, and business units, with documentation that survives turnover.

IT and security alignment

Coordinated change across identity, endpoints, and network paths — with evidence for compliance stakeholders.

Partners that operate

Teams that need execution against written scope and measurable outcomes — not slide decks alone.

Our clients are enterprise and nationally distributed organizations whose internal teams need a partner that can operate systems, not just advise on them.
