The intSignal Infrastructure Control Platform (ICP) is a single operations platform for the people who run connected infrastructure — telecom and ISP networks, utilities and the grid, MSPs, and IoT fleets. It replaces the usual stack of a separate monitoring tool, ticketing system, and dispatch app with one control plane, and it connects to your field equipment through an on-site edge gateway.
This section is the customer guide. If you're new, start with Getting started. For the commercial overview — what's included, who it's built for, and how it's deployed — see the infrastructure control and field service platform.
The monitor → close workflow
ICP is organized around one end-to-end flow:
Monitor equipment → a threshold breach raises an alert → the alert opens a routed, prioritized ticket → a work order is scheduled and dispatched → the technician checks in on site, does the work, and logs parts and labor → the ticket is resolved and closed → an invoice is generated.
Every step lives in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks between tools.
Where you work

|---|---|
| Web console | Dispatchers, supervisors, admins, and technicians |

The console at a glance
The web console is organized into: Overview, Tickets, Work orders, Calendar, Monitoring, Alerts, Control, Reports, On-call, Maintenance, Inventory, Assets, Billing, Customers, Sites, Team & access, Audit, and Settings — plus global search and an in-app notification bell.
The Overview dashboard gives you one snapshot: active tickets (unacknowledged vs. in flight), SLA breached / at-risk counts, work orders by status, technicians active, edge devices online, and assets by health.
