Monitoring

See live status and telemetry for your connected equipment — devices, assets, telemetry points, and history.

The Monitoring section is your read-only, live view of the infrastructure ICP watches — what's online, what each asset is reading, and how those readings change over time. Telemetry flows in from the edge gateway at each site, which is what makes the edge-gateway infrastructure monitoring platform work without a technician on site.

Devices

Every edge gateway, with its serial, name, model, firmware, status, and last-seen time. A device is shown online when it has sent a heartbeat within the last five minutes, and it's joined to its site.

Assets

Your monitored equipment, each with:

  • Health and status at a glance
  • Warranty expiry (see Assets & warranty)
  • The gateway that reads it

Telemetry

A live snapshot of every monitored point:

  • Last value and unit
  • Health and freshness (how recent the reading is)
  • Joined to its asset, site, and gateway

Telemetry history

For any point, view the time series over a window you choose (from 1 hour up to 720 hours / 30 days) — useful for spotting drift, confirming a fix, or reviewing what led up to an alert.

Tip

Monitoring is where you watch; Alerts is where you turn a reading into action. Set alert rules on the points that matter so a breach opens a ticket automatically.
