Assets & warranty

Keep one record per piece of equipment — identity, health, full service history, and warranty — in the asset hub.

The asset hub gives each piece of equipment one record — what it is, how it's doing, and everything that's ever happened to it. It's the same record the connected asset management platform uses to track equipment health and lifecycle across every site you run.

Full service history

Open an asset and you see everything in one place:

  • Open tickets and complete work-order history
  • Monitoring alerts and control commands for the asset
  • The asset's telemetry points

Warranty

Each asset carries an editable warranty record:

  • Warranty provider and expiry date
  • Warranty notes and install date

Warranty expiry is also surfaced in the monitoring assets list, so you can spot equipment about to fall out of coverage.

Tip

Consumable parts are tracked separately in the inventory catalog — assets are the equipment you service; inventory is the stock you use to service it.
