Open an asset and you see everything in one place:
- Open tickets and complete work-order history
- Monitoring alerts and control commands for the asset
- The asset's telemetry points
Warranty
Each asset carries an editable warranty record:
- Warranty provider and expiry date
- Warranty notes and install date
Warranty expiry is also surfaced in the monitoring assets list, so you can spot equipment about to fall out of coverage.
Tip
Consumable parts are tracked separately in the inventory catalog — assets are the equipment you service; inventory is the stock you use to service it.
