The call-flow map is a visual picture of how an inbound number actually travels through your account's routing — the fastest way to understand (and fix) a call flow. Find it under Call Flows. Seeing routing as a diagram is the same idea behind intSignal's visual drag-and-drop call flow builder, if you'd rather assemble flows on a canvas than in forms.
See a number's path
Pick a number and the map draws its branch with labeled edges — for example:
Business hours → auto-attendant → ring group → queue → voicemail
Each step is a node, and the connections show which key press or condition leads where.
Catch problems
The map flags the routing mistakes that are hard to spot in forms:
- Loops — a chain that would trap a caller in a cycle
- Dead-ends — a path that leads nowhere
- Dangling destinations — a target that no longer exists
Edit right on the map
- Inline-edit failover destinations — an extension's forward, a ring group's no-answer, a queue's overflow — directly on the map
- Click a node to jump straight to its full configuration screen
Note
Edits made on the map follow the same staged-changes workflow as the rest of the console — they take effect when you click Apply Configuration.
