A paging group lets someone speak to a group of phones at once. The phones answer by themselves, so everyone hears it straight away. Use it for store announcements, calling someone to the front desk, or a quick word with a team.

Create a paging group
Owners and admins create paging groups in Admin → Settings → Settings. Switch the view to Advanced, then open Call Flows → Paging.
Start
Select + New paging group.
Number and name
Enter a Number of 2 to 6 digits, such as 450, and a Name, such as All staff.
Choose the mode
One-way announce or Two-way intercom.
Show it in the browser phone
Leave Show a page button in the phone ticked to list this group in people's browser phones.
Choose members
Under Members, select the extensions to include.
Create
Create the group. Paging groups work immediately. There's no need to apply configuration.

Page a group
- From the browser phone: when the dialer is idle and empty, groups are listed under Paging as "📢 Name · One-way page" or "Two-way intercom". Select one.
- From any extension: dial the group's number.
Wait a moment for the phones to answer, then speak. Hang up to end the page.
Paging groups can only be reached from your own extensions. A call from outside to a paging number doesn't start a page.
Receiving a page
- Browser phone: the page is answered hands-free with no ringing, and shows 📢 with who's paging. You also get a Paging notification if you allowed notifications.
- On a call: a page that arrives while you're on a call isn't connected, so your call isn't interrupted.
- Desk phones: whether a desk phone answers automatically depends on the phone model.
Keep pages useful
Keep pages short, and for one-way announcements say who's speaking and repeat the key detail: "Jordan to the front desk, please. Jordan to the front desk."
