Add your logo and colors so intSignal Connect feels like your own company's tool. "They apply for everyone in your workspace (buttons, links, the active nav, and your logo in the sidebar)."
Owners and admins open Admin → Settings → Settings, switch to Advanced, and select Settings & Compliance → Branding.
Add your logo
Prepare the file
Use a PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP image up to 512 KB. "Wide marks look best", so a horizontal logo works better than a square icon. A PNG with a transparent background looks best on the sidebar.
Upload it
Select Upload logo and choose the file. The preview shows how it looks.
Check it
Reload the page. Your logo replaces the intSignal mark at the top of the sidebar.
To change it, select Replace logo. To go back to the intSignal mark, select Remove.

Save your logo as PNG or JPG rather than SVG.
Choose your colors

For each, use the color picker, type a hex code such as #0f766e, or pick one of the eight presets. An
invalid code shows Invalid hex.
The Preview shows your logo, buttons, the navigation highlight, a link and an avatar in your colors as you choose them.
Select Save colors. You'll see "Saved — reload to see it across the app." Reload to see the change everywhere. Your team sees the new look the next time they load the app.
To return to intSignal's colors, select Reset to default.
Keep it readable
Your primary color is used behind button text and for links, so choose one with strong contrast. After saving, check that buttons and links are easy to read.
Good to know
- Branding changes take effect as soon as you save. There's no need to apply configuration.
- Branding applies inside intSignal Connect. The sign-in page keeps the standard intSignal design.
