Feature codes are shortcuts you dial from a phone on your workspace, including the browser phone. They work on every extension, with no setup. A reference card is also in Admin → Settings → Settings → Settings & Compliance → Feature codes.

Note
Codes that take a number are dialed with the number straight after. For example, *81700 records the
greeting for menu 700, and *82900 records announcement 900.
Tips
- Test a new phone or headset with
*43before your first real call. - Do not disturb doesn't stop ring-group calls. See Do not disturb.
- Voicemail is checked in the app, under Phone → Voicemail, or from your email alerts. See Voicemail.
- Because
600,911and933have special meanings, don't use them as numbers for extensions, groups, queues or menus.
