This is the cross-product reporting hub: the Portal rolls security, network, and endpoint data from every service you run into a single set of reports for the people who ask for them — leadership, auditors, and your own reviews — plus raw exports for tools you already use. Because it draws on the same multi-vendor network inventory and reporting the dashboards use, a network report spans the whole estate rather than one manufacturer's console. (For field-service operational metrics — ticket SLAs, MTTA/MTTR, work-order throughput — see the product-specific ICP reports.)
Report types
| Report | Contents |
|---|---|
| Executive summary | Health, incidents, and trends across products. |
| Security review | SOC cases, detections, response actions. |
| Network / SLA | SD-WAN uptime and SLA adherence. |
| Posture & coverage | Security Suite coverage, encryption, policy compliance. |
| Compliance evidence | Control status auditors ask for, pulled from live data. |
Generate & schedule
Pick a report and scope
Choose the report, the time range, and the organization, site, or tag it should cover.
Generate or schedule
Run it now, or schedule recurring delivery (monthly executive summary, weekly SLA report) to a distribution list.
Brand & export
Export to PDF for sharing or CSV for further analysis.
Data exports
For teams that want the raw data:
- CSV — any table view (devices, alerts, cases, telemetry).
- SIEM — stream security and network events to your SIEM.
- API / BI — pull structured data via the API into a warehouse or BI tool.
Note
Reports are generated from the same live data as the dashboards, so a scheduled PDF and the on-screen numbers always agree — there's no separate reporting database to drift out of sync.
