Every edge streams telemetry to the Network Portal, so you can see how the WAN is behaving in real time and prove performance over time — and so proactive alerting on degraded circuits reaches you ahead of the first help-desk call.
What you can see
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| Transport health | Latency, loss, and jitter per circuit, live and historical. |
| Application performance | How each app/class performs against its SLA. |
| Path events | When and why traffic switched links (a failover, an SLA breach). |
| Site status | Up/degraded/down for every site at a glance. |
| Utilization | Bandwidth per transport, including metered-link usage. |
Alerts
Set alerts so you hear about problems before users call:
- Link degraded / down — a transport crosses a health threshold or fails.
- Site offline — all transports at a site are down.
- SLA breach — an app class misses its latency/loss/jitter target.
- Metered-link budget — an LTE/5G circuit nears its data cap.
Route alerts to email, webhook, or your ticketing system, and — where you run the Managed SOC — into the same case workflow as security events.
Reports
Generate on-demand or scheduled reports for uptime, per-site performance, and SLA adherence — useful for internal reviews and for holding carriers to account when a circuit underperforms.
Everything here is also available through the SD-WAN API for custom dashboards.
