Dashboards & monitoring

The Network Portal's real-time view of device, site, and connectivity health — how to read the dashboards, drill into a device or site, and customize what each team sees.

The Portal's home is a live health view of everything intSignal manages for you — devices, SD-WAN sites, Security Suite endpoints, and connectivity — in one place. It's the single-pane network monitoring dashboard side of the Portal: reachability, performance, and topology across every vendor, without a console per brand.

Reading the dashboard

PanelShows
Health summaryCounts of items up, degraded, and down across products.
Sites & devicesPer-site and per-device status, with the worst-off surfaced first.
ConnectivityTransport latency, loss, and utilization from SD-WAN edges.
Open itemsActive alerts and SOC cases needing attention.

Color and ordering are worst-first, so the things that need you rise to the top.

Drill in

Pick an item

Click any site, device, or circuit to open its detail view.

See its timeline

Review live metrics and the recent history — status changes, alerts, and (for endpoints) activity.

Act

Jump to the relevant action — isolate a device, open the SD-WAN site, or work the linked case.

Customize the view

Tip

Save a filtered view per team (e.g. "West-region sites" or "Servers") and set it as that team's landing page, so people open the Portal to exactly what they own.

Everything on the dashboard is also available through the API if you want to build your own view.
