Why we did it this way

AI detection on live video is latency- and privacy-sensitive, so where the analysis runs matters. We kept detection close to the cameras and integrated it with the systems the facility already relies on, rather than shipping everything to a generic cloud service and bolting the results on afterwards. Building it into one platform — cameras, membership, signage and phones — meant the facility got a system that works together, owned by one provider, instead of four products that don't.

Incidents are now flagged in seconds rather than at the end of a shift, across zones nobody physically walks, with no additional staff hired to watch screens. Member management, signage, cameras and phones run as one integrated system instead of four disconnected ones.

Early incident detection reduces injury severity and the liability that follows. Custom CRM and platform replaced separate membership and scheduling subscriptions. One provider for cameras, IT, security, signage, and phones.
